Martha’s career in HR has included being the HR Department of One. She has always appreciated the knowledge and resource sharing that fellow professionals provide through networking, Roundtables, and conferences. During COVID, she’s continued to expand her knowledge base, hone her virtual networking skills and dive into volunteering with SHRM NorCal.
With over twenty years of progressive human resources and training experience, Christine imparts her passion for sharing knowledge and expertise in the HR and compliance arena. She has successfully developed and facilitated various training programs to increase productivity, ensure legal compliance and boost morale for numerous organizations, including in the wine industry, non-profit, construction, drilling, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and private small businesses. Her training expertise includes employing effective communication, conflict resolution, employee engagement, supervisory/performance management, employment updates, compensation, diversity and inclusion, wage and hour compliance, ADA, workplace harassment prevention, and reasonable suspicion.
