October 7- Nothing Changes, If Nothing Changes

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2020
9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. PT
HR Virtual Round Table

A conversation and a look at how HR can navigate so much with so little time. Oh, and by the way, there’s a pandemic going on as well. Do you feel like you are working more now than ever? Do you feel like there is no such thing as work/life balance? Our work never seems to be done, and we work hard to put processes and procedures in place to mitigate risk to our organizations—many times, to no avail because our leadership team does what it wants to do and we are left once again to shake our heads in disbelief. Well, our time has come to be the change! The “how” is the hardest part. Let’s talk about how this can work for you in your company—for your future, for your sanity—and manage the next level of Jumanji.

OBJECTIVES
  • Learn how to balance work/life now.
  • Get insights on social conversations at work—how, when, why.
  • Learn how to create an outline for a better workplace for a better world.
