With all that we have endured in the last few months as we ventured our way through uncharted HR landscapes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, we all are dealing with many issues that cause stress—both in the workplace and at home. We are pleased to be bringing this training to fellow HR professionals to provide some training on how to better help ourselves and others through crisis, how to become more resilient, and how to grow your resilient zone. This program will introduce you to the Community Resilience Model (CRM®), which helps create a “resiliency-focused” spirit in the workplace, in communities and in our personal lives. CRM gives you an understanding of the impact of trauma and chronic stress on the nervous system, and how resiliency can be developed, restored or increased using this skills-based approach while at work, in the community or at home.

This introduction to CRM Skills will empower you to:

• Develop six core wellness skills that will help bring your body, mind and spirit back into greater balance during uncertain times.

• Learn simple yet powerful techniques to self-regulate and remain in control during stressful times. • Develop new habits in your daily life that will help widen your Resilient Zone.

• Bring the best you to any situation.

• Encourage others to build and develop their own Resilient Zone.

Don’t miss this opportunity to get some self-care that will help ourselves and others.
