FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2021

12:30 - 2:00 p.m. PT
Virtual HR Round Table

Ready to have some fun and make meaningful connections? This session focuses on developing a critical skill: resiliency. Like a boxer, sometimes we get knocked down, but we can always get back up. Participants explore the phases of resistance, response and resiliency.

Twomentor is a high-impact management and consulting firm focused on building a happier, more engaged and more inclusive workforce. Our MentorCafe virtual flash mentoring sessions offer companies the opportunity to engage, develop and support their teams. During each session, participants will build meaningful connections with five to six other professionals in structured one-on-one mentoring conversations.

OBJECTIVES

  • Learn how impactful flash mentoring can be to drive employee engagement and retention, as well as increase diversity and a sense of belonging, at your company.
  • Find ways to alleviate Zoom fatigue. Twomentor's flash mentoring model increases Zoom engagement rates from 50% (typical Zoom call) to 95%.
  • Connect and be connected with other HR executives to better understand your own capabilities as a mentor and/or mentee.
