SPEAKER BIO

Schwartz_Susan
Throughout her career, Susan Schwartz, PMP, led a variety of corporate and government teams through organizational change and technology transformation. Her change toolbox combines process review, crucial conversations, Emotional Intelligence, and knowledge sharing strategies. During the past few years, she has focused on helping people who are expert in their field develop people-focused management skills to help their organizations expand business and build strong, effective teams.

She authored Creating a Greater Whole: A Project Manager‘s Guide to Becoming a Leader which unlocks the not-so-secret secrets of how aspiring managers can become strong leaders. Its practical “outcome-tested” strategies and thought-provoking questions offer organizations and individuals a tool to craft a customized framework to help groups create something larger than themselves.

She is a recent East Coast transplant to the Bay Area and is enjoying her adventures while meeting new people and places.
