This session is designed to give you a better understanding of Workday and the endless possibilities it provides to HR practitioners to draw insights from data through the power of one enterprise system. A panel of HR Business Partners will share how they’re addressing organizational problems that are top of mind and showcase how Workday is uniquely positioned to solve those challenges. Rather you know nothing about Workday or a lot about Workday this session has something for everyone!
Diversity & Inclusion: Workday will introduce their philosophy called VIBE (Value Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity) and showcase how they influence leaders to have a more diverse and inclusive perspective to drive progressive decision making.
Return to Office: Through the lens of VIBE, Workday sites are at different stages with COVID response. The panel will share how they use Workday to build customized regional plans to manage the next phase of return to office and beyond.
Engage to Retain: As Workmates return to office or adjust to a more hybrid work model, Workday panel members will share how their guiding Leaders to proactively address employee sentiment and attrition in effort to retain talent.
Caleb Moore, Senior People Partner at Workday
is a Sr. People Partner at Workday. He currently supports Cybersecurity, Machine Learning, and UI Platform teams within the Technology organization. One of the key reasons Caleb joined Workday is due to how the People & Purpose team is uniquely positioned to not only be a valued business partner, but also viewed as an interactive customer to current and future Workday products. Caleb has spent his HR career helping teams unlock their potential through active listening, facilitation, and storytelling through data. Caleb has a Masters in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. In Caleb’s spare time he’s venturing out to new adventures with his girlfriend ranging from skydiving, white water rafting, karaoke nights, hiking for the Instagram pics, and teaching his Bernedoodle puppy to behave.
Madhuri Dhiman, Sr. People Partner at Workday
Kim Dinh, Sr. Director at Workday
Kim is currently a Sr. Director at Workday, leading their People Partner function for the Technology organization. She was drawn to Workday due to its phenomenal culture and the opportunity to help advance its vision to “build a brighter workday for all.” Over the years Kim has supported a wide breadth of clients, developing and implementing strategies in all talent areas and helping teams scale while strengthening core organizational culture, retaining agility, flexibility and innovation. Kim has a Masters in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. In her spare time Kim loves to hang out with her family trying out new eateries and dabble in amateur gardening.
Matthew Frassica, Principal People Partner at Workday
Matthew is a Principal People Partner at Workday. He supports engineering and technology functions in the Planning & Analytics, Core Services/CTO, and Technology Strategic Planning organizations. Matthew is passionate about forging enduring relationships with leaders and enabling them to unlock their teams’ fullest potential across proactive and integrated talent strategies. After leading and building HR teams in the dev ops, gaming, fin tech, and social justice industries, Matthew was thrilled to join Workday to partner with technology leaders making global impact in the HR technology space, but even more excited to get to work with an amazing team of individuals who embody such passion. Outside of work, Matt loves spending time with his family (a husband and three rescue dogs) and plays too many online roleplaying games.

Over the last 15 years, she has supported various organizations in the Services and Product field and teams such as Engineering, Product management, Finance and strategy. Currently, she is supporting Product strategy and solution marketing at Workday. Her passion is solving complex business problems and thinking of new ways on how HR can be done. Madhuri joined Workday because of their Product which has revolutionized the HCM platform and marketplace and Workday values, which are not a few lines written on a board. We live and breathe our values on a day-to-day basis, all our actions are driven by our values. In her spare time, Madhuri likes to read, and she is currently preparing for Master Sommelier level 1 exam.
Mina Yokoyama, Sr. People Partner at Workday
Mina is a Sr. People Partner at Workday aligned to Engineering Services, a shared services organization for Product and Technology organizations consisting of Learning & Enablement, Programs & Release, Community, Globalization, Technical Writing, Adoption, and several other global teams. Mina has a background working with high growth companies of many sizes and has worked in Japan at one point to run Employee Relations. Mina enjoys venturing out to discover restaurants and bars across the Bay Area with her fiancé. The decision to join Workday stemmed from the desire to learn how Workday leverages its own product, the opportunity to work with Product & Technology client groups, and the strong leadership Workday built within the People Partner organization. A fun fact about Mina is that while she was born in the states, her parents managed to put her temporarily in elementary school in Japan for 2 weeks at a time over the summer for grade 2, 4, and 6 to experience what going to school in Tokyo was like.
