You will learn the value proposition of mentoring for your organizations; use your storytelling skills and meet, network, mentor, and be mentored by 4 -5 other SHRM Members in this highly dynamic nautical themed session led by Julie Silard Kantor.

As a sought-after keynote speaker, trainer and connector, Julie has a robust national network that includes top business, academic, nonprofit and government leaders. She served as executive director of Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) for 20 years, led the formation of Million Women Mentors, co-chaired Leadership Greater Washington's Signature Program, and sits on the national board of directors of both Active Minds and Inclusion Allies Coalition. She also co-chairs the Women's Business Collaborative Leadership Council.
