Understand how different personality types process information, get their energy from, how they make decisions, and how they relate to the world with attorney and facilitator Sejal Thakkar of TrainXtra. This self-awareness and awareness of others will help you be more effective as a leader and human resource professional, and in your interactions with others. Top off the program with some networking time afterwards.

OBJECTIVES
1. Describe ways to become aware of and develop your natural preferences and lead with these strengths; develop your skill in employing your lesser developed preferences to draw from when needed and appropriate; and Learn how to appreciate, learn from, and collaborate with those with strengths different from yours.

2. Learn characteristics of different personality types.

3. Assess different personal preferences to assist with more effective communication.

SPEAKER BIO


Thakkar_Sejal
Sejal Thakkar has over thirteen years of experience with an extensive background in employment law. She graduated with honors from University of Illinois at Chicago and Cum Laude from Northern Illinois College of Law. Ms. Thakkar has extensive experience providing legal advice and guidance to senior management, human resources personnel, and legal counsel regarding employment practices and actions. She has conducted investigations or inquiries regarding hostile workplace, sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying, retaliation and other matters falling within the area of employment law. Additionally, Ms. Thakkar delivers customized employment law compliance training for sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying, unconscious bias, and other employment law topics.
