SPEAKER BIO

Cassetta_Jennifer
Jennifer Cassetta is a nationally recognized speaker, health coach and self defense expert. Equipped with her 3rd degree black belt and Master’s degree in Nutrition, she travels the country speaking to audiences on empowerment, wellness and badassery. Her clients include: American Express, American Airlines, British Airways and Uber.

Her wellness journey began after fleeing downtown Manhattan on September 11th, 2001. She spent the next decade training in martial arts, fitness and nutrition building herself up stronger, safer and more powerful than before. She began creating holistic programming for busy professionals to help them feel the same. In 2009, she moved to Los Angeles where her speaking and coaching career took flight.

Jennifer's been featured on The Today Show, The Doctors, Rachael Ray and more. In 2015, she published her first book, Hear Me Roar: how to defend your mind, body and heart against people who suck, and was a weight loss expert on ABC TV's reality show called, My Diet is Better Than Yours. She wears many hats, but her mission is steadfast: to empower people to feel strong, safe and powerful from the streets to the boardroom.
