There is a broad set of frameworks that fall under this discipline. This program will provide opportunities to assess your skills and explore a comprehensive range of coaching approaches and models. We will review key case studies reflecting different types of coaching and their impact, and share current information on methodologies and investments and how to apply coaching at your organization.

Prior to joining the company, he was president of The Advantage Group, an executive coaching and consulting firm supporting successful leaders in improving their leadership effectiveness. In addition, he was co-founder and CEO of Qumu, an enterprise video communication platform (NSDQ: QUMU). Rod has also held numerous roles with P&L responsibilities at startups and Fortune 500 organizations. Rod has degrees in business from the University of California, Berkeley and in human communications from San Francisco State University.

When Rod’s not at the office, you can find him taking or teaching workshops around the globe, designed to expand our capability of emotional intelligence and create secure-functioning relationships—at work, in family, in life.
