Have you ever felt like you had something important to say, but you did not speak up? Maybe you did speak up, but your voice did not have the impact you hoped for, or you didn’t feel acknowledged? Speaker Sheryl Kline knows that you matter, a lot, and deserve to speak up and be heard. We are going to understand and apply the mental toughness required to speak up, be heard and be your best, in any situation.

This event will be hands-on interactive sprint sessions where content will be delivered, practiced and coached through questions. Share the content you learned with your team!

SPEAKER BIO

Sheryl Kline, M.A. CHPC is a Mental Toughness and Certified High Performance Coach™, published author, speaker and mother of three great kids who are high school and now college Division I student-athletes. She is the CEO and Founder of The Zone Lab LLC, and her area of expertise is Applied Sport Psychology. Sheryl has been the last 25 years working with world-class athletes, students and business professionals. She has also sat on panels and conducted local and global workshops at Google Ventures, Autodesk, Microsoft, Capital One, Pixar, VMware, Berkeley Haas School of Business Women in Leadership Summit, and Bank of America’s Women in Leadership Group to name a few. In addition, Sheryl has been a featured guest for Gary Keller’s The ONE Thing podcast, WVON Chicago talk radio, The Power House podcast, as well as a featured expert for the Watermark Women in Leadership webinar series. She is also a contributor to the Thrive Global Journal. Sheryl’s book, “ZONED IN: The Mental Toughness Required for a World-Class YOU” is now available. 

When not sitting on panels, speaking, or coaching, Sheryl enjoys watching her kids and clients compete, running with her black lab Kona, and just about anything outdoors.
